Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14days after your item is delivered to request a return.

 

We offer STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue cash refunds.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have their original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn with no scuffs.

 

All sale items, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

 

All items must be shipped back to J MadiLin Boutique within 14 days of being delivered. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

 

Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed.

 

We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages during the return shipping process.
