Our Promise

We want you to love every piece you order from J MadiLin. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns.

Store Credit Only

We offer store credit only on returned items. We do not issue cash refunds.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of stains, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Items that don't meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, exchanges, or storecredit will be issued on discounted merchandise.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@jmadilinboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. e'll send you return instructions within one business day.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

When You'll Receive Your Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued via email within 3 to 5 business days. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase at jmadilinboutique.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@jmadilinboutique.com with photos. We'll make it right.
